Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Nurture Institute, LLC is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of individuals with regard to the processing and storage of personal data. We take steps to maintain the security, integrity, and privacy of all information in accordance with this Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

  • Collection and Use of Customer Information. We collect personal information such as name, mailing address, e-Mail address, phone number, and credit card information in order to process orders for Nurture products. a.) Learn who is subscribing to our free publications. b.) Compile results of various surveys to enable us to improve our understanding of our clients’ needs. c.) Process credit card payments against open invoices.
  • Data Integrity and Accuracy. a.) Our data collection, storage, and processing practices ensure that we collect, store, and process only the personal information required to perform the required function. b.) We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current. c.) An individual can gain access to their personal information or question the accuracy of the personal data collected by sending a request to privacy@nurturemarketing.com or to Privacy Dept, Nurture Institute, LLC, PO Box 879, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. All queries will be dealt with fairly, impartially, and in a timely manner.
  • Information Security. a.) We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures, as well as measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where personal data is stored. b.) We restrict access to personal information only to Nurture Institute, LLC employees and sub-contractors who need to know that information to develop and perform the services we provide to, and for, our clients. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal persecution if they fail to meet these obligations. c.) Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose or for a period of time specifically required by regulation or law. Personal information thereafter is disposed of securely or made anonymous so that it cannot be identified to any individual. d.) Personal Information stored electronically is kept secure by using authentication to prevent unauthorized access. Personal information stored on hard copy is stored in locked file cabinets only accessible by permission from Nurture Marketing’s Privacy Officer.
  • Accessing and Updating Personal Information. a.) We make good faith efforts to update personal information if found to be inaccurate or delete such data if it is not required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. b.) Personal information continues being updated only for as long as the individual has an ongoing relationship with Nurture Institute, LLC.
  • Use of Cookies and Web Beacons. Nurture Institute, LLC does not send cookies or web beacons of any type when accessing our website or when receiving e-Mails from us.
  • Enforcement. Nurture Institute, LLC regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy.
